James is now returning to Cases in Brunswick Town, Brighton & Hove. Steve Pineau's energy and enthusiasm for hospitality, fine libation and general joie de vivre have been uplifting our spirits for the better part of a decade & we are excited to be working with his team this Spring to bring our menus to his table. We've eaten, foraged, hunted and then raised a glass to toast our successes with this gentleman across the UK and Europe. Our next great adventure leads us to discover Italy and Tuscany, each on our own paths, and then we reconvene to offer the results and spoils to you: our guests.
