James & Ericka Golding will be joining Mauro Guasti at SOBO:Sommelier, where they'll be serving big bites on small plates. Mauro talks us through the premier notes of his family's wine, Guasti Clemente, to pair with a lasting finish - 5 glasses of the estate's Top Vintages.
*Cicchetti are small, savory snacks commonly served in bars and taverns in Venice. Similar to tapas or meze. Cichetti can vary widely in ingredients and preparation, but they often include items such as cured meats, cheeses, seafood, vegetables, and bread. They are typically enjoyed alongside a glass of wine or a spritz.
