5-hour Smoked Welsh Black Beef: Hunks of tender Welsh Black Beef Chuck, slow smoked over oak wood for 5hrs then braised in butter and Canadian Maple Syrup. Served with Salsa Verde and wood-fired seasonal vegetables.
