The First Ladies of British Barbecue and Chef James Golding, Ambassador of Seasonality, are united over fire once again. In the mountains the chestnusts are dropping, mushrooms are bursting from the forest floor and the wild boar may also have an invitation to the table. During the pinnacle of the Autumn season, we will be navigating this bounty.
The price for this package is £580 per person. Furthermore, should you have any friends travelling by or living locally, they too may join us for our feasts. Tickets are also available through us to guarantee a reservation now, prices begin at £65.
Our itinerary for the weekend...
Saturday - October 14, 2023
Today is the day of our event. Should you be hungry after your trip lunch may be purchased from Il Rustichello's very own chef, Nobi. There will be time to explore before dinner and the setting is truly breathtaking. You can check it out from their website on the link below. There is a sauna and a jacuzzi, plus excellent walks in the vicinity to help one work up an appetite. James, Sam & Shauna will be cooking up a Family style feasting affair. Dinner will be served from 19:00 onwards. We welcome you to the weekend with drinks on arrival, wine for the table and a digestive to finish. There will be live music on the veranda during the early evening.
Sunday - October 15, 2023
Beginning the day, breakfast is served from 8:00 - 10:00. For all of those who would like to get out for the afternoon, we have arranged a shuttle and trip to the local town of Pontremoli. Here we have a choice between 2 options: a visit to Villa Dosi or to the Castle Museum, with a tour around the historic centre. The transport will return you back to Rustichello with ample time to unwind before dinner. Tonight James, Sam & Shauna are offering up a series and selection of small plates for the devouring. Again there will be live music, welcome drinks, wine for the table and digestive.
Monday - October 16, 2023
After enjoying your breakfast, today is time to check out and head home or onward to new adventures. Check out time is 10:00, but we will be looking forward to the next event!
